Here's everything I ate today on my slow-carb binge day. Goal was maximum calories in 24 hours.
- Protein Shake
- French toast
- Almost an entire loaf's worth. I made about 4 pieces for Julia and Beverly and ate the rest myself
- ate the last little bit of the roll with butter
- scrambled eggs with salsa
- slice of chocolate cake
- salt bagel with butter and cinnamon
- peppermint mocha
- 2 pieces of bacon
- slice of strawberry rhubard pie
- iced green boba milk tea
- Amy's 4-cheese personal pizza
- 2 large homemade chocolate chunk cookies with 2% milk
